Vegas wrap up

Evening bouldering in Calico Basin
Our time in Vegas is coming to an end. Today, we relaxed after yesterday's mountain climbing effort by going to Sunset Park in the morning and visiting Colette's friend Paul in in the afternoon.

Before a few pictures from today, here is a link to a selection of photos from yesterday (https://plus.google.com/photos/108593994329949335297/albums/5998923310392421921?authkey=CPP_4P2z4MuxMA) ,look for the bighorn sheep in the fifth photo. In the photos, you can see how we ascended from Pine Creek via Fern Canyon to the summit ridge of Bridge mountain, and then climbed via the natural arch that gives the mountain it's name. The route is entirely off trail, and we found it quite difficult, especially in terms of exposure (it is technically class 3-4). In the end, we turned around about a hundred feet below the true summit, but we still climbed the three thousand feet from the valley floor and got to see the beautiful views.

Now back to today. Here is a picture from Sunset Park- Vegas' answer to Central Park. Hanna is clearly picking up some climbing skills.
